Facilities

• Pool:

  A shared pool and sun lounge area can be found on the first floor of the apartment block.

  Please leave the area and shared facilities as you would like them found.

• TV :

  The TV has DSTV which can be found on the HDMI1 channel

• Washing Machine :

  Located in the kitchen.

  5kg limit per load.

  Courtesy washing capsules are provided, should you require more, these can be purchased at Clicks, Checkers or Woolworths.

• Dishwasher :

  Courtesy dishwashing tablets are provided, should you require more, these can be purchased at Clicks,Checkers or Woolworths.

• Nespresso :

  Courtesy Nespresso pods are provided, should you require more, these can be purchased at Clicks, Checkers or Woolworths.

• Air conditioners :

  Please switch these devices off when doors or windows are open or when there isn’t anyone in the apartment.

• Garbage :

  Please take full garbage bags to the apartment block’s waste area – this is located to the left of the security office to the left of the garage sliding gate.

• House Rules :

  No smoking inside the apartment please.

  Please respect our neighbours by keeping the noise to a minimum, especially after 22:00.

  Only registered guests are allowed on the property overnight.

  Please leave The View as you found it.

• Departure Checklist:

  Checkout is by 10H00

  Ensure all windows and doors are locked.

  Switch off lights and appliances.

  Switch all air conditioners off.

  Dispose of any garbage in the allocated area in the garage.

  You will receive instructions as to where to leave the key via WhatsApp.
